Bomoseen- Charles “Chip” J. Prunier Jr.

Charles “Chip” J. Prunier Jr. 77, died Sunday afternoon at The University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington after a lengthy illness.

He was born December 12, 1948 in Hartford, CT the eldest son of Charles J. Prunier Sr. and Marjory (Howe) Prunier.

Chip was a graduate of East Catholic High School class of 1966

He was employed for many years as a computer technician for AT&T retiring after 25 years of service.

Chip married Judy Hunt on 1978 in East Hartford. He was a train enthusiast and also enjoyed boats and western movies

Survivors are his wife Judy Prunier, Son Christopher Prunier and daughter Renee Ball all of Bomoseen. Also by his grandson Collyn Ball and by his brothers William Prunier and David Prunier.

He was predeceased by his parents.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday May 27, 2026 at 9 A.M. at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Fair Haven, with the Rev. Julian Asucan officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
