He enjoyed many activities especially outdoors. He enjoyed hunting with his father and many friends.

He also enjoyed playing disc golf in which he made an army of friends along the way. If the wings didn't have bones, he didn't want it. Corey loved country music but strongly hated Luke Bryan as he believed Luke is a wannabe in skinny jeans. Dogs were his favorite as he had so many in his life. He and Hailee also shared a cat.

After 3 years of developing their loving relationship, Corey married the love of his life, Hailee Dumas, on August 19, 2023.

Corey has a beautiful daughter, Caroline, who was born in 2021.

Rock this quiet, little country town and get up, Drop a tailgate on your truck, Find a keg and fill ya cup up."
