Cynthia Mary Pelletier-Sullivan, longtime resident of Castleton, Vermont and of Jockey Street, Galway, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 22, 2016 at Saratoga Hospital. She was 51. Born in Rutland, VT on July 12, 1965, daughter of the late Eugene J. and Beatrice (Harvey) Pelletier. She is the wife of Christopher Walter Sullivan. Cynthia was a graduate of Fair Haven Union High School in Vermont, class of 1983. Early in her life, she greatly enjoyed caring for and showing her horses around the Northeast with her family. Cindy took great delight in working with her flower gardens and making the most out of her vegetable garden and berry patch harvests. She enjoyed the daily interactions with everyone she met while working in retail and banking. She was an avid enthusiast of ancient Egyptian history, art and culture and always wanted to travel to see the Great Pyramids. Her greatest surprise was to be offered a part in a motion picture where she spent a full day working alongside a well know movie star. Cindy greatly treasured her friendships -both old and new- and was always willing to travel to visit those dearest to her. Cindy also developed quite a knack for finding the rare treasures hidden among the antique malls up and down the East Coast. In addition to her many close friends and her loving husband she will be greatly missed by her beloved rescue pets, Sierra, Cricket, Aero, Zipper and Jazz. Survivors in addition to her husband Christopher include her sister, Kathleen Pelletier, her stepchildren Scott Chadwick and Emily Sullivan. She is predeceased by her dear sisters, Anna Baird and Cheri Ferraro. Relatives and friends may call from 5-7:00 pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at the Richard J.
