Dakota Edward Jones 26, passed away unexpectedly Thursday August 9, 2018 in Orwell. He was born January 22, 1992 in Rutland the son of Edward Mullin and the late Yvonne Jones. Dakota attended Rutland Public Schools and graduated in 2010. He had worked in various places in Rutland County most recently at Cummings and Son Logging where he aspired to work in the tree service and be in the woods were he liked to be. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing and Ice fishing many of days you would find him on the lake ice fishing. Dakota has left us way to soon with his charismatic grin that would change the mood of any room, he was deeply cherished by many and loved by even more. He is survived by his father Edward Mullin and Fianc Amanda Root, by his brother Riley Bedard and partner Jessica Murphy, by his two sisters, Alexis (Jones) Walker and husband Doug and Ashleigh Rounds. Also by his son Carson Edward Carmen-Jones and his brother Ryker Franklin Carmen and their mother Whitney Carmen, also by many aunts, uncles and several nieces, nephews who absolutely idolize him. He was predeceased by his mother Yvonne Jones in 2008 and grandparents Juanita Mullin in 2000 and John Mullin in 2010 and Tom Cram in 2014. No calling hours, there will however be a Celebration of Life to be determined at a later date. Memorial contribution in memory of Dakota may be made to any Suicide prevention awareness program of ones choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ducharme Funeral Home Inc.
