Poultney – Denis C. Coppins

Denis C. Coppins 62, died April 27, 2026 at Rutland Regional Medical Center.

He was born August 26, 1963 in Proctor, VT the son of Edward David Coppins and Ramona (Knapp) Coppins.

Denis loved to go fishing, enjoyed going to the races, and spending time with family including his two grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Crissa Coppins, of Poultney, by his two daughters Emily Coppins of Poultney, Deanna Fifield and husband Jeremy Fifield. By his grandchildren Aubrey and Hannah of Granville, NY, by his brother Dan Coppins and wife Judy of Cambridge, Ohio, brother Richard Coppins and wife Cathy of Zephyr Hills, Florida. Also, by an aunt, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, who he all loved.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
