Elsa Alwyn (McCallum) Cyrul 79, died Friday evening September 18, 2015 at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Born August 24, 1936 in Wangaratta, Australia. Elsa came to the U.S. at the age of 10 and spent the majority of her life in Meriden, CT as a loving mother and wife. Elsa and her late husband Robert A. Cyrul Sr., moved to Vermont for retirement in 1991. Elsa enjoyed gardening, reading, crafting, Bingo and spending time with family. She is survived by her children, Susan Feliciano and husband Junior, Robert Jr. and Avis Cyrul, Donald Cyrul. Elsa was very formative in her grandchildrens lives and leaves her grandchildren, John and Samantha Wesnefski and Brad and Kyle Cyrul and by her great-granddaughter Tori Wesnefski. She was predeceased by her husband Robert A. Cyrul on August 18, 2010, by her daughter Laura Collins on September 28, 2014. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday September 26, 2015 at 11 A.M at the Ducharme Funeral Home Inc., located at 1939 Main Street, Castleton.
