Castleton, VT James Clarence Rayborn James Clarence Rayborn 72, died July 30, 2013 born May 14, 1941 in Cincinnati, OH The eldest of 9 half brothers and sisters, whom he took care of many days at a time (as a child himself), with no money and little food. Missed so much school and never learned to read but some time spent with his adored grandmother gave him faith and a work ethic that lasted a lifetime. Married Margaret Smith at age 19. they Raised three sons--owned their own home all from his fantastic talents as a dry wall finisher. He also was adept at repairing anything mechanical. Loved to dump pick and go fishing, and always willing to help anyone in need. Leaves his wife of 52 years, Margaret, youngest son, Jeffrey Rayborn, several grandchildren, , siblings, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sons, James Jr. Jonathan. God gave him his wish --- to die at home with his dogs and his wife. Thanks hospice.
