Fair Haven, VT Mr. Jerry Tippy Jay Thibodeau
Jerry Tippy Jay Thibodeau 45, died after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer with his wife by his side on May 26, 2013 at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
He was born June 26, 1967 in Charleston, South Carolina the son of Gerald Thibodeau and Catherine Cwikla.
Tippy Married Linda Butler on February 14, 2006 in Killington, Vt. Tippy was employed by Killington Pico Ski Resort as an Auto Mechanic.
He was a former Volunteer Firefighter with Killington Fire Department, Tippy enjoyed hunting, Loudon New Hampshire Speedway Racing and would drop what he was doing to help other people. He was an avid N.A.S.C.A.R. fan ever Sunday everything stood still.
He is survived by his wife Linda, of Fair Haven, By his Father Gerald Jerry Thibodeau and his wife Elaine, of Enfield, CT, by his son Zachary Butler, of Fair Haven, by his step children, Christopher Reed and Ashley Reed, both of Fair Haven, by his sisters, Rena Thibodeau and Theresa, by his sisters-in-law and Brothers-In-Law Diane (Steve) Baptie, of Wells, VT Teri Carmichael, Michael Butler, of Miltonvale, KS, by his Grandson, Logan Adamson, of Fair Haven, by his Paternal Grandmother Claire Thibodeau, of East Long Meadow, MA, by his mother Catherine Orr and her husband Phil, of Washington State. Also by several nieces, nephews and numerous cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Tippys Life will be held on June 22, 2013 with a time and location to be announced
Memorial contributions may be made to Tippys Family to help with expenses at 18 South Main Street, Fair Haven, Vt 05743.
