Orwell, VT Joan E. Walters Joan Englishmen Walters, 73,of Orwell, passed away on Monday May 28, 2007 after a long illness. She was born on April 9, 1934 in Jersey City, NJ to Jonathan H. & Blanche F. (Maley) Englishmen. Mrs. Walters is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert Walters Sr., three children, Barbara Gillman, of Rangeley, ME, Nancy Walters, of Old Orchard Beach, ME; and Robert Walters Jr., of West Rutland, and by her four grandchildren. A funeral Service will be held on Thursday May 31, 2007 at 10 AM at the First Congregational Church of Orwell. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery in Orwell. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday May 30, 2007 from 5PM to 7 PM at the Ducharme Funeral Home in Castleton at 1939 main street Castleton.
