Fair Haven Kim N. Penney Kim N. Penney died at her residence in Fair Haven. She was born July 6, 1961 in Rutland the daughter of Alson and Noreen (Washburn) Chadburn. She was a graduate of Black River High School. Kim was an avid reader and enjoyed listening to music, dancing, playing pool, cards and was Passionate about astrology and a very spiritual person. She is survived by her children, Patrick Chadburn and wife Kim of Benson, Danielle Penney of Richmond, VA and Amanda Comparini and husband Stefan of Rutland, Vermont. By her siblings, Susan Gilbert of Florida, Michael Chadburn and wife Sherry of Fair Haven, Alson Chadburn Jr. and wife Barbara of Shrewsbury and John Chadburn of Texas. By her grandchildren, Corbin, Marlee and Brayton Chadburn, also by several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her Parents. A Celebration of her life will be held Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 12:30pm-3pm at the Odd Fellows Hall, 37 Lake St., Belmont, VT.
