Margaret Peggy E. Satton, 73, passed away July 17, 2017 in Rutland, VT. She was born February 29, 1944, to the late Clarence and Catherine (Cooney) Satton of Wallingford, CT. Peggy was a legal secretary for 50 years. In 2004, she moved to Castleton, VT and was employed most recently at Facey, Goss & McPhee Law Office of Rutland. Peggy enjoyed gardening and the natural beauty of Vermont. She is survived by her sister Alyce Marholin of Newington, CT, nephews Robert and Brent Satton of Castleton, Michael Satton of Durham, CT and niece Kristen Satton of Wallingford, CT. Peggy was predeceased by her brother Thomas Satton and his wife Cynthia Satton. Memorial services will be at the convenience of the family.
