Norman R. Fish Jr. Norman R. Fish Jr. Age 69 formerly of Castleton and Rocklin, CA. Died suddenly of a heart attack Wednesday September 26, 2012. A Vermonter at heart, he was born in Brockton, MA January 5, 1943 the son of the late Norman R. & Esther M. (Turpule) Fish Sr. He was a graduate of West Rutland High School and was a member of Lee Lodge # 30 F & A.M. of Castleton. . He served in the United States Army then worked in telecommunications and government contracting for 38 years. Norm was an avid golfer and a veracious reader. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Masako (Obayashi) Fish; by his brother Albert; of Queensbury, NY, by his sons, Daniel & wife Kelly; of Greenland, NH and Norman & wife Debra; of Satellite Beach, FL, by his daughter Melissa & husband Michael; of Sacramento, Ca; by his grandchildren Norman Ryan, Trevor, Tori, & Sofia. He is predeceased by his sister Cynthia Hughes. Memorial services will be held on Friday October 12, 2012 at 2 P.M. at the Ducharme Funeral Home, located at 1939 main street Castleton. The Rev Henry Furman pastor of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church will officiate Friends and family may call from 1:00-2:00pm followed by the service at 2 P.M. Burial will follow in Hill Side Cemetery in Castleton. Norm was an avid reader late in life so, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Rocklin Friends of the Library, 4890 Granite Drive, Rocklin, California, 95677, (www.rocklinfriends.org/donation.htm).
