Hubbardton- Robert A. Cyrul Big Bob 74; of Hubbardton, VT. Passed away peacefully on August 18th, 2010. Robert was born May 1st, 1936 in Meriden, Connecticut. He was the only child of Anthony and Blanche (Shamrock) Cyrul. Robert was a retired general foreman of Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. Upon retirement he moved with his family to Vermont. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was an active member of the town of Hubbardton. He was lovingly known by his friends and family as Big Bob. You could often find him riding his lawn mower or four-wheeler. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Elsa (McCallum) Cyrul. Four children; Susan Feliciano and husband Junior, Robert Cyrul Jr. and Avis, Donald Cyrul and wife Heike, and Laura Collins and also survived by his four grandchildren; John and Samantha Wesnefski, & Brad and Kyle Cyrul. Memorial services will be held on Saturday August 21, 2010 at 11 AM at the Ducharme Funeral Home Located at 1939 main street Castleton.
