Robert "Bob" L. Johnson of Proctor, Vermont, passed away February 4, 2021 at Mountain View Center in Rutland. He was 86. He was predeceased by his parents, John E Johnson and Olga (Lertola). Before Parkinson took hold, Bob was a avid Pool Player, hunter, woodworker, and gardener. He was meticulous of his workmanship; as he would say "Jack of all trades Master of none." Bob was also a member of the Elks. After retirement from Mal Tool, Bob and Sandy took care of the Proctor Youth League Fields with great pride. He was a busy man all the time. Bob leaves behind his Wife Sandy of 24 years, Daughter Robin Schaner of Florence, Granddaughter Jennifer and Great Granddaughter of Spring, Texas, Grandson Nathan and Sandal of Rochester and 2 Great Grandsons, Grandson Kyle (Gwen) of Florence, Son Randal Johnson of Rutland Vermont, Grandson Mike and Great Grandson, Granddaughter Jessie and Bryan Shore of Washington State and Great Granddaughter, Daughter Bonnie and Rick Davis of Shrewsbury Vermont, and Grandson Frank. Also, Stepson Rob Bride ( Kathy) of Rutland, Vermont, Grandsons Dylan and (Kate), and 3 Great Grand Kids and Grandson Ryan; Karen and (Jeff) Bowen of Benson, Vermont, Granddaughter Mandy (Ray) and 2 Great grand kids, Grandson Jeffery of Benson, and Many Great Nieces and Nephews. Funeral arrangements are with Ducharme Funeral Home of Castleton Vermont. There are no visiting hours. We would like to give Special Thanks to Staff at Mountain View Center for all their care.
