Robert "Bob" H Lebel 88 passed away peacefully at his home in Clarendon, Vermont surrounded by loving family. Bob was born in Berlin, NH, moved to RI as a young child, served a short term in the US Navy, married and had 6 children before moving to Vermont in 1978. He was predeceased by his loving wife Rachel M Lebel of 50 years and daughter Susan H Lebel, spouse of Nabil Stephen. He is survived by his 5 children, Jeanne Richmond of Chepatchet, RI son Robert R Lebel and spouse Deborah of Naples, Fl, Helen Collins and Thomas Collins of Coventry RI, Linda Hampton of Clarendon, Vt. and Debra White spouse of Steven White of Clarendon, and brother Pete Lebel of Seekonk MA., 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and many other nieces and nephews. He worked as an auto mechanic and ran a successful business for almost 65 years. His hobbies were fishing, hunting, camping, boating and water skiing. He loved family get together's, singing and visiting many members of our extended in Canada. A memorial service to celebrate his life was held on Saturday Feb 27th, at Christ the King church, 66 South Main St, Rutland, Vt. Thank you to all who were in attendance.
