Susan G Forkey, 72, of Rutland, VT passed away on November 25th, 2024 at Rutland Regional Medical Center after a long battle with Cancer.

She was born on November 4, 1952 in Springfield, Massachusetts to Charles and Lorraine (La Duke) LaFreniere.

Susan was a devoted mother and Loving day care provider for many years.

She is survived by her daughter Christine Fowler, sisters: Mary Forkey, Lynn White, Judy Fleury and Fran Flynn. Grandchildren: Robert Forkey, Tyler Forkey. Dylan Fowler, and Brittany Vladyka and nine great-grandchildren.

Susan was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Forkey, son Kenneth Carl Forkey, daughter Theresa Forkey, sisters Barbara Pincince and Patricia Florence.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Foley Cancer Center at 160 Allen Street Rutland, VT 05701.
