Obituary
Theresa Lynn Forkey,44, of Fair Haven, Vermont passed away on May 17, 2017 at The Pines center for nursing and rehabilitation after a long battle with cancer.
She was born on November 26, 1972 in Springfield, Massachusetts to Susan and Kenneth Forkey.
She is survived by her mother Susan Forkey, step father Micheal Denoncourt, sisters Christine Fowler, Jennifer Woodbury, brother Nathan Forkey, two sons Robert Forkey and Tyler Forkey and five loving aunt's.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Foley Cancer Center at Rutland Regional Medical Center 160 Allen street Rutland, Vermont 05701.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Ducharme Funeral Home Inc.
