Castleton William E. Kelly Sr. William E Kelly Sr. 90, passed away Thursday January 16, 2020 at Rutland Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife Bernice Kelly, by his children, William E. Kelly Jr., Kathleen Kelly and Linda Guilmette (Gary). Also by his two grandchildren Tyler Guilmette and fianc Meg and Benjamin Guilmette. A Celebration of his life will be held on Thursday January 23, 2020 at 11 A.M. at the Ducharme Funeral Home Inc. located at 1939 main street Castleton, with the Rev. Robert Noble officiating. Visiting hours will be from 10 A.M. until the time of the service on Thursday.
